Hier und hier habt ihr ja schon ein Stück von meinem Willow Cable gesehen. Das Muster heißt eigentlich Cinnabar Cable – nach dem Farbnamen des Holst Garns, das die Designerin Regina Moessmer verwendet hat. Da meine Garnfarbe Willow heißt, habe ich meinen Pullover Willow Cable genannt.
Die Anleitung ist wieder sehr ausführlich geschrieben. Sie wurde von einer Gruppe Strickerinnen auf Herz und Nieren getestet und auch die übersetzte Anleitung ist nochmal durchgetestet worden.
Der Pullover wird von oben nach unten durch gestrickt und es müssen nur die Fäden vom Knäul-Wechsel vernäht werden. Die verwendete Holst Noble ist beim Stricken etwas strack, aber nach dem Waschen im Wollwaschgang der Waschmaschine sehr weich. Sie ist beim Waschen auch nicht gewachsen.
Der Ausschnitt ist etwas groß und einige Testerinnen haben noch eine Reihe Krebsmaschen oder eine I-Cord gestrickt. Mich stört das nicht – ich mag die Form des Ausschnitts sehr.

Here and here you could see same parts of my willow cable sweater. The pattern name is cinnabar cable – named after the colour of the Holst yarn, that was used by the designer Regina Moessmer. My colour’s name is willow and therefore my sweaters name is willow cable.
The pattern is very detailed and well written. A group of testers tested the pattern though paces and even the translated pattern was tested again.
The sweater is knit from top to down and you only have the stitch up the skeins ends. The used Holst Yarn is kind of rough but after washing it in the washing machine with the wool programm it is very soft. And it didn’t changed in size.
The neckline is a bit wide and some testers crocket a row of crab stitches or knit an i-cord. I don’t mind – I like the neckline very much.
