{365 challenge} Fiera Creattiva, Bergamo, Italien

Ich hatte in 2016 auch mit der 365 Challange angefangen, da ich das irgendwie für machbar hielt. Ganze 36 Blöcke habe ich damals geschafft.

Andere Patchworker hatten da weit mehr Durchhaltevermögen. 50 fertige Quilts aus der ganzen Welt wurden jetzt auf der Fiera Creattiva in Bergamo ausgestellt.

Sie sehen super aus. Hier könnt ihr einige davon bewundern. Ich hatte meinen in bunten Farben begonnen. Aber schaut Euch mal die Ton-in-Ton Quilts an. Sie sehen super aus.

In 2016 I started the 365 challange, because I thought that it is doable. I managed to finish 36 blocks.

Other patchworkers had more power of endurance. 50 finished quilts from all over the world were exhibited on the Fiere Creattiva in Bergamo, Italy.

They all look great. Here you can have a look at them. I started mine very scrappy and in bright colours. But look on the tone-in-tone ones. They also look fantastic.

{365 challenge} Block 28 bis 36

Hier kommen die nächsten neuen Blöcke (28.01. bis 05.02.)

Ich habe mir fest vorgenommen keine Blöcke auszulassen und deshalb hat es etwas länger gedauert bis der Block vom 03. Februar (links unten) fertig wurde

Die nächsten Blöcke sind nicht so kleinteilig und ich hoffe, dass ich wieder näher ans akutelle Datum rankommen.

Here are the next nine blocks (28.01. to 05.02.).

I do not want to skip any blocks and thats why it took a bit longer to finish the block of the 3rd of February (bottom row – left block).

The next blocks do not have so many tiny piece and I hope I will get closer to the current date.

WipWednesday - 03.02.2016

Da sich die 365 Challenge noch etwas hinzieht, habe ich eine Work-in-process-Bag genäht, in der ich die Blöckchen staubfrei aufbewahren kann. Die Anleitung ist von Crazy Mom Quilts und ich habe hier schon mal darüber geschrieben.

18 Blöcke genäht – 16 fehlen noch bis zum heutigen Datum.

Because the 365 challenge will take some time, I pieced a Work-in-Process-Bag to prevent the blocks from dust. The pattern is a design from Crazy Mom Quilts and I wrote about it here.

Es hat jetzt doch etwas länger gedauert, aber die nächsten 9 Blöcke der 365 Challenge sind fertig.

It took longer then planned, but the next 9 blocks of the 365 challenge are finished.

365 Challenge– Block 1 - 9

Ich habe die 365 Tage Challenge bei Facebook entdeckt und habe mal angefangen mitzunähen. Ich werde sicher nicht das Originallayout verwenden, sondern ein oder zwei Spendenquilts für die Kellerquilter zu nähen. Deshalb verwende ich auch Scraps aus der Stoffspendenkiste und nähe bunt.

Immer wenn ich 9 Blöckchen fertig habe, werde ich diese hier zeigen.

I came across the 365 challenge on Face and started to sew along. I won’t use the original layout. Instead I will piece one or two donationquilts for the Kellerquilter. Therefore I use scraps from the box with the donation fabrics.

Everytime I finished 9 blocks, I will show them here.
