Simple Bib
A friend of mine - who is also my daughter's godmother - got her second child this summer. It is her second child and she already has a lot of babie's supply so we decided to give her a gift certificate for the local kid's cloths store. That she also has something to unwrap I decided to piece a little gift.
This sommer I bought 'bend-the-rules-sewing' written by Amy Karol. You may know her blog 'Angry chicken'. There is a pattern for a simple bib. Instead of turning over I made a bias tape from the same fabric I used for the backside and the letters. It was the first time I made a real bias tape, but with Amy's decription it was no problem at all.

Das ist ja niedlich geworden - und man sieht sicher weder Erbsen-, noch Mandarinenflecken darauf ;-)
Liebe Grüße
