I found the pattern for 'Fetching' in the summer 2006 isue of knitty. The lady from the local yarn shop recommended thick sockyarn so that I can wash them in the washing maschine.
Later a friend will come and I will teach her the bomerang heel. She get hooked on knitting socks but last time she misinterpret the table with the sizes. She planned to knit socks for her 5 year daughter, but they are far to big and nearly fitting her. So this time we will take the bomerang heel and see where we end up.
