My parcel with the kid's fabric arrived on Monday. Beside the things I ordered, Andrea - the shop owner - put a spool of premium cotton sulky thread. I love the small surprises she always puts in the packages.
So on Monday evening I cut all the squares I need for the 'disappearing 9-patch' pattern. I pieced all the nine-patches on Monday and Tuesday.
I cut the 9-patches and put everything together on Tuesday and Wednesday. So the midddle part is finished now and I need to go to the lqs to buy the border fabric. I planned to do that yesterday but after my son's training I not only had my kids at home - no - somehow I also had two friends of my son and one mother in my living home. So I will try to go to the lqs tomorrow.
