My friend Angelika gave we a wonderful pattern book about pillow cases for my birthday last year – together with the yarn for one pattern. (find more pictures here) I started, started over, started again and somehow I made one mistake after the other. So I put it down and now I stared over and what should I say: it works fantastic and the pillowcase is growing.

Meine Freundin Angelika hat mir letztes Jahr eine tolles Buch über gestrickte Sofakissen geschenkt – zusammen mit der Wolle für ein Model. (hier gibt es mehr Fotos). Ich habe anfangen, nochmal angefangen und wieder angefangen und irgendwie wurden wir keine Freund und ich habe es beiseite gelegt. Jetzt habe ich nochmal angefangen und was soll ich Euch sagen, es flutscht und das Kissen wächst.

That is a new project in the knitting arena for me. I don't think I know anyone who is knitting pillowcases. Very good idea. I make lots of cotton pillowcases to use on the bed and they are fun to make. Hopefully yours will be finished quickly.

klasse, dass Du das Projekt nicht eliminiert, sondern nur aufgeschoben hast. Ich bin mir sicher dass es ein echtes Lieblingskissen wird !
