wrap-around made of Lana Grossa Kidair

I started a new knitting project last week. It is a wrap-around.

Normally I prefer to buy fabrics and yarn at a real shop so that I can see the real colour and feel the fabric or yarn. I chatted about this with Onlyangelika and nearly half an hour later I saw a special offer for the wrap-around at the homepage of a yarn-shop (Seasonstore) nearly 20 km from here and I ordered it immediately. Then I finished my ufos and ordered a circular knitting needle.

I started with the back of the wrap-around (because Onlyangelika - my knitting instructor ;-) told me so) to get used to the pattern. I ripped parts of the back two times because I made some mistakes. But now I know the pattern by heart and finished the back and the front. In the picture you can see the back.


The first sleeve is half-finished and I hope I will find some knitting time during the weekend.
