Beginning of August I discovered a beautiful Baktus scarf on Anne-Mettes Blog.
I really liked the pattern (Strikkelise-Norway) and it is an easy way to reduce my sock yarn stash. It is the perfect pattern for mindless knitting in front of the television. It is a perfect pattern for any knitting beginner. You only need to know cast on, knit, increases (yo) and decreases (ssk).
You start with 4 stitches and increase every 4 rows. I weighted my yarn once a while and started decreasing when I had 52 g left. At this point I had 80 stitches on my needles.
I used Regia Loop Color which has two different shades of green. I now have stripes in different width.
